Tim C. Wentworth

Mr. Wentworth has served as President and CEO of Accredo Health Group, Inc. since March 2006. Previously, Mr. Wentworth served as President of the National Accounts Group and also as Executive Vice President of Client Strategy and Service at Medco Health Solution, Inc, Accredo’s parent company. Prior to joining Medco, Mr. Wentworth spent five years at Mary Kay, Inc., where he served initially as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and subsequently as President – International and nine years in human resources management at PepsiCo.

Steven R. Fitzpatrick
Chief Operating Officer, Accredo Health Group, Inc.

Mr. Fitzpatrick serves as Accredo Health’s Chief Operating Officer. Steve Fitzpatrick joined the Company in 2001 as President of Accredo’s subsidiary, Sunrise Health Management, Inc., and was named President of Accredo Therapeutics, Inc. in February 2002. Since the acquisition of Accredo Health, Inc. by Medco Health Solutions, Inc., Mr. Fitzpatrick assumed the role of President, Accredo Therapeutics Division and Medco Specialty Solutions. Prior to joining Accredo, Mr. Fitzpatrick held senior management positions with Abbott Laboratories, Block Medical, PharmaThera, Inc. and Nations Healthcare.

Kenneth J. Bodmer
Senior Vice President, Accredo Health Group, Inc.

Mr. Bodmer joined Accredo Health Group, Inc. as Senior Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer in August 2006. Previously, Mr. Bodmer was employed by Medco Health Solutions, Inc., most recently as the Vice President of Finance, Key Accounts. Prior to Medco, Mr. Bodmer worked for Wiss and Company. Mr. Bodmer, a certified public accountant and certified management accountant, is a graduate of Villanova University and holds a Masters Degree from Seton Hall University.

Michael R. Hess
Chief Legal Officer, Accredo Health Group, Inc.

Michael Hess joined Accredo as Group Vice President and Director of Legal Affairs in July 2006. Mr. Hess is a graduate of Mississippi College, holds a Masters Degree from Mississippi State University and received his Juris Doctorate from University of Mississippi, School of Law. Prior to joining Accredo, Mr. Hess was a shareholder at Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz in Birmingham, Alabama. He also practiced law with Armstrong Allen Gentry Johnston & Holmes in Jackson, Mississippi.

Jon B. Peters
Senior Vice President, Accredo Health Group, Inc.

Jon Peters has served as Senior Vice President of technology and reimbursement since joining Accredo Health, Inc. in June 2004. Since the acquisition of Accredo Health, Inc. by Medco Health Solutions, Inc., Mr. Peters has assumed additional responsibilities of Clinical Business Solutions, Corporate Ventures and Facilities. Prior to joining Accredo, Mr. Peters was Chief Financial Officer and a partner of Paradigm Capital Partners, a venture capital firm, and Ernst & Young LLP where he was significantly involved with the Company through its initial public offering in 1999.

Michael A. James
President, Accredo Therapeutics (a division of Accredo Health Group, Inc.)

Mr. James joined Accredo Health in April 2006 as president of Accredo Therapeutics. Previously, Mr. James served in the capacity of senior vice president of worldwide commercial operations for Sonic Innovations for four years. Prior to Sonic Innovations, he served in management positions with Motorola, Medtronic, Abbott Laboratories, Baxter healthcare Corporation and Nestle. Mr. James received his bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University and his masters from University of Chicago.

Craig W. Mears
President, Hemophilia Health Services (a division of Accredo Health Group, Inc.)

Craig Mears became President of Accredo’s Hemophilia Health Services in August of 2007. He provides overall management, direction, and leadership for the company. Craig has been involved with the bleeding disorders community for over 16 years. During that time, he has been a strong supporter and loyal advocate for the hemophilia community.

Sumit Dutta MD, MBA
President, Accredo Nova Factor (a division of Accredo Health Group, Inc.)

Mr. Dutta joined Accredo Nova Factor as President in 2005. Previously, he has been with Medco Health Solutions, most recently as Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Health Plans. Prior to joining Medco, he served in management positions at Medexact, USA, Inc., Medsite and New York University Health Center. Dr. Dutta is an Internist who trained at the University of Chicago and Rush Medical Center in Chicago. He earned his medical degree from the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
